Shipping Policy
EternaSkin ships free to the United States and Canada on every order, with no minimum purchase.
Processing & delivery times
- Order processing: 1–3 business days.
- United States: typically 5–12 business days total from order to delivery.
- Canada: typically 7–15 business days total from order to delivery.
Some devices ship from US-based fulfillment centers and arrive sooner; others ship from our international warehouses. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Timelines are estimates and may extend during peak periods.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed within 1–3 business days of purchase. The first carrier scan may take 24–48 hours to appear. Track any package via our Track Your Order page.
Separate packages
Orders containing multiple items may ship from different fulfillment centers and arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number, at no additional cost.
Address changes & cancellations
Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to change the shipping address or cancel. Once an order has shipped it cannot be redirected.
Customs (Canada)
Canadian orders may occasionally be subject to import taxes or fees collected by the carrier, which are the recipient's responsibility.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking shows no movement for 7 days or your order exceeds the estimated timeline, contact us via our Contact page or at findlycompany@gmail.com. Packages confirmed lost in transit are reshipped or refunded in full.
