30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every EternaSkin device may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, for any reason.
How to start a return
- Contact us via our Contact page or at findlycompany@gmail.com with your order number.
- We will respond within one business day with the return address and instructions. Please do not ship returns without receiving instructions first.
- Return the item in its original packaging with all included accessories.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except where the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect — in those cases we cover all costs and no return may be required at all.
Defective or incorrect items
If your device arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days with a photo or video of the issue. We will replace it or refund you in full — your choice — at no cost to you.
Warranty
Beyond the 30-day return window, all devices are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. See our Guarantee & Warranty page for details.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Contact us and we will walk you through it.
