Track Your Order
Every EternaSkin order ships with full tracking. Here's how to follow it home.
1. Find your tracking number
Within 1–3 business days of your purchase you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. (Ordered more than one device? Each package gets its own email and tracking number.) Can't find it? Check spam, or search your inbox for “EternaSkin”.
2. Track your package
Paste your tracking number into the universal tracker below — it follows your package across every carrier, from our fulfillment center to your door:

Good to know
- First scan takes 24–48 hours. A label is created before the carrier's first scan, so a brand-new tracking number may show “no information yet” for a day or two. That's normal.
- Quiet stretches happen. Packages sometimes travel several days between scans, especially between fulfillment hubs. No movement for 7+ days? Contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
- Typical delivery: 5–12 business days in the US, 7–15 in Canada. Full details on our Shipping & Delivery page.
