Some devices ship from our US-based fulfillment partners and arrive faster; others ship from our international warehouses. The timelines above reflect the honest range — most orders land comfortably inside it.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number within 1–3 business days of placing your order. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan after the label is created — that's normal. You can follow your package any time from our Track Your Order page.
Multiple items, multiple packages
If you order more than one device, they may ship from different fulfillment centers and arrive separately, each with its own tracking number. You'll never pay extra for the additional packages.
Address changes & cancellations
Need to fix an address or cancel? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll catch it before it ships. After an order has shipped, we're unable to redirect it.
Customs & duties (Canada)
Most Canadian orders arrive without any extra charges. Occasionally, carriers may collect minor import taxes upon delivery, which are the recipient's responsibility.
Delayed or lost packages
If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within the timeline above, reach out — we'll investigate with the carrier and, if a package is confirmed lost, reship it or refund you in full. Your order is our responsibility until it's in your hands.
