How quickly will I see results?
It depends on the technology. Cleansing devices deliver visibly fresher skin from the first use. Massage and heat-based devices show their best within two to four weeks. Collagen-building technologies — red light, microcurrent, RF — reward consistency: most users notice firmer, brighter skin in four to eight weeks of regular use (10 minutes, 3–5× per week). Which device is right for me?

Can I combine devices in one routine?
Yes — they're designed to layer. The classic ritual: cleanse first, sculpt second, light therapy last. Use energy-based devices (microcurrent, EMS, RF) once per day maximum, and give each area a rest day if skin feels sensitive.
Are the devices safe?
Every device we carry is designed for home use with calibrated intensity levels and built-in safety features. That said: if you are pregnant or nursing, have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, have epilepsy, or an active skin condition (eczema flare, rosacea, open lesions), consult your physician before using energy-based devices. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 5–12 business days in the US, 7–15 in Canada. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Full details on our Shipping & Delivery page.
I ordered multiple devices — why did only one arrive?
To get each device to you as fast as possible, items sometimes ship from different fulfillment centers and arrive in separate packages a few days apart. Every package has its own tracking number.

Is there a warranty?
Yes — every device is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If it stops working under normal use, we replace it or refund you.
