Use it. Build the ritual. If within 30 days you decide it hasn't earned its place on your vanity — for any reason — return it for a full refund of the purchase price. No interrogation, no restocking fee.
How it works:
- Contact us with your order number and let us know you'd like a return. We reply within one business day with the return address and simple instructions.
- Send the device back in its original packaging with all included accessories.
- Once it arrives, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect — in that case, everything is on us.
The 12-month device warranty
Every EternaSkin device is additionally covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, from the date of delivery.
If your device stops working under normal use within the first year, contact us with your order number, a short description, and a photo or video of the issue. We'll either send you a replacement or refund you — whichever you prefer. In most cases you won't even need to ship the defective unit back.
The warranty covers: defects in materials and workmanship — devices that won't charge, won't power on, or whose functions fail under normal use.
The warranty doesn't cover: physical damage from drops or impacts, water damage on non-waterproof devices, normal cosmetic wear, or damage from use contrary to the included instructions.
